Founded in 2011 by the company's single proprietor, Ravindra Pratap, also known as Baboo, the location is in Patna, Bihar. Formerly operating under the name and style of Aares Engineering Works,  The company was founded in 1974 by the late Rameshwar Singh and was solely focused on fabricating iron structures and their ancillaries.  The manufacturing of electrical goods, such as control panels, and the maintenance of electrical machinery such as AC/DC motors, pumps, DG sets, AC/DC generators, transformers, etc., was later added by Singh's second son, Ravindra Pratap.  Small machines were its only limitation at first, but with time, it expanded to include MEGA machinery and equipment.  Consequently, the company established a twin workshop in Patna in accordance with the job requirements.  catering to the nearby industries of iron, cement, plastic, food processing, etc.  Due to the high calibre of work and exceptional productivity, the company was granted authorization by the following well-known companies:
